Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law and this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Service
Cardyfy provides access to a digital service and AI functions.
Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate provision of access to the service functionality, refunds after starting to use the service may be limited.
3. Consideration of Refund Requests
Each refund request is considered individually. We may refuse a refund in cases including, but not limited to:
- actual use of the service
- abuse of the refund policy
- violation of the Terms of Service
- technical impossibility of canceling an already provided service
4. Erroneous Charges
If a user believes that a charge occurred erroneously or a technical failure was detected, they can contact us to review the situation.
5. Consideration Period
Refund requests are considered within a reasonable time after receiving the user's appeal.
