AI-generated results may contain:

• artifacts
• incorrect background removal
• incorrect object or edge detection

Users are responsible for reviewing the results before using, publishing, or uploading them to marketplaces.

The service administration does not guarantee perfect image processing or content generation results.

4. Credits

Credits are used to access certain paid features of the service.

Credits are not a currency and cannot be exchanged for money.

Unused credits remain valid for 15 months from the user's last activity.

Credits are charged only after a processing or generation result has been successfully received.

In the event of a technical error before receiving a result, credits will not be charged or may be automatically restored.

5. User Content

Users retain rights to uploaded images and generated content.

Users are responsible for ensuring the legality of the materials they upload and use.

It is prohibited to upload content that:

• violates applicable laws
• infringes third-party rights
• contains malicious materials
• is prohibited under applicable law

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation of the service
• absence of errors
• permanent availability of all features
• that the service will meet all user expectations

The service administration is not responsible for:

• any losses or damages
• data loss
• generation errors
• consequences resulting from the use of generated content
• marketplace decisions related to the publication or rejection of user materials

7. Prohibited Use

• attempt to disrupt the operation of the service
• abuse the service infrastructure
• use the service for mass automated spam
• bypass service limitations or payment mechanisms
